Artist Information: Matt Barter is an artist living with his family in Brunswick, Maine. He creates paintings and carvings inspired by people’s lives and experiences, most often tied to the Maine coast. His gallery, the Barter Art House, features his work along with those of painter Philip Barter and local potter Tim Fischer. Located at 68 Cumberland street Brunswick, Maine.
